नए सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट से आईफोन-6 और आईफोन-6प्लस के कॉल हो जा रहे हैं ब्लाक!

नई दिल्ली: मिल रही ख़बरों की मानें तो एपल के दोनों नए फोन आईफोन-6 और आईफोन-6प्लस में एक और परेशानी सामने आई है. अभी फोन पर प्रेशर पड़ने से इसके मुड़ जाने की ख़बरें वायरल हो ही रही थी कि तब तक ये नई शिकायत सामने आई है. इस बार युजर्स का कहना है कि एक नए सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट ने उनके कॉल्स को ब्लॉक कर दिया है, यानि इस सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट के बाद लोग फोन नहीं कर पा रहे हैं.

गैजेट निर्माता इस अमेरिकी कंपनी का कहना है कि इस अपडेट से जुड़े सॉफ्टवेयर को बंद कर दिया जाएगा. कंपनी ने फोन से जुड़ी कई परेशानियों को ख़त्म करने के लिए पिछले हफ्ते ios-8 ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम जारी किया था. यह नया ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम आईफोन और आईपैड में आ रही परेशानियों को दूर करने के लिए लाया गया था. कपंनी ने यह निर्णय तब लिया जब ट्विटर और एपल युजर्स के चैट रूम में युजर्स की शिकायतें आने लगीं. अपनी शिकायत में लोगों ने बताया कि ios 8.1.0 डॉउनलोड करने के बाद वो फोन कॉल नहीं कर पा रहे हैं और उन्हें फोन अनलॉक करने में भी परेशानी आ रही हैं.

एपल ने बयान जारी कर कहा है कि कंपनी मामले की जांच कर रही है और जितनी जल्दी हो सके अपने युजर्स को सलाह जारी करेगी. अभी तक एपल के आधे डिवाइसों में नया सॉफ्टवेयर डॉउनलोड किया जा चुका है और अब भी यह सॉफ्टवेयर डॉउनलोड के लिए उपलब्ध है. टेक्नॉलजी से जुड़े ब्लॉगर्स ने लिखा है कि यह सॉफ्टवेयर अपडेट खासतौर पर आईफोन-6 और आईफोन-6प्लस के युजर्स के लिए सिरदर्द का सबब बना हुआ है. अब इससे जुड़ी परेशानियों के हल लिए कंपनी को एक और सॉफ्टवेयर लाना होगा.

चौंकाने वाले मामले में कल सोशल मीडिया पर ख़बरें वायरल हो रही थी कि एपल का नया मॉडल आईफोन-6प्लस दबाव पड़ने पर मुड़ जा रहा है. कुछ एपल युजर्स ने ट्विटर पर तस्वीरें पोस्ट की और दिखाया कि उनका फोन काफी देर तक जेब में रहने के बाद मुड़ जा रहा है. 5.5 इंच की स्क्रीन के साथ आईफोन-6प्लस बाकी आईफोन्स की तुलना में लंबा और पतला है. फोन के किसी भी स्थिति में टूटने के मामले में एपल के इन दो नए फोन्स को अच्छी रेटिंग मिली है.

दरअसल स्क्वॉयर ट्रेड नाम की एक अमेरिकी कंपनी जो फोन की सुरक्षा से जुड़े सामान बेचती है ने एक वीडियो बनाया था जिसमें फोन को गिरा कर देखा गया था कि गिरने से फोन पर क्या असर पड़ता है. इस टेस्ट में आईफोन-6 ने आईफोन-6प्लस से अच्छा परफॉर्म किया था. लेकिन इस टेस्ट में फोन के मुड़ने से जुड़ा कोई प्रयोग नहीं किया गया था.
